This Listed Grade II building has been subject to a long duration of neglect and in need of attention, to be repaired and re-purposed.

We were approached in the summer of 2022 by the Client, since then we have carried out measured surveys and prepared drawings illustrating numerous different schemes to resurrect the outbuildings and repurpose the main house.

During November we obtained Full Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for significant repairs and Change of Use to the main house to form holiday accommodation, together with a manager’s house, all designed by our Architects. Earlier in the year we obtained Prior Approval for an agricultural building on the estate.

It has been a delight to be involved with this historical building and we look forward to the next stages happening in 2024.
