Approval for large dwelling extension
We have recently received Planning Permission for the extension and alterations to a dwelling on the outskirts of Westbury, the building is currently a modest mid-20th century chalet bungalow.
The proposed design allows for a large extension to provide a two storey four-bedroom dwelling, increasing the space for the Client’s family and providing a modern standard of insulation to the building to improve thermal comfort.
