Works to Listed Building, Seend

Further to our article in January we have now received Listed Building Consent for the replacement of windows to this Listed Grade II property which is also in the Seend Conservation Area.

Existing modern timber windows are to be replaced using slimlite double glazing with uPVC replacement using a flush casement design.  The Conservation Officer concluded that “the proposal will not harm the significance of the Listed Building nor the character and appearance of the Conservation Area”.
