Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent have been approved for a variety of works to a substantial listed property dating from the early nineteenth century.  The scheme will update the accommodation and make it more suitable for contemporary living.  An interesting contemporary style glazed link is to be formed as part of the creation of a new entrance.  Preparation of technical drawings is expected to follow in the near future.
