Warehouse and Office

A new build production warehouse and office building is under construction in Corsham.  Approx. 1100m2 of ground floor area with associated parking and landscaping.

The project should finish Spring 2022, a composite steel wall and roof cladding upon a large steel portal frame will provide a modern envelope within which Clients’ manufacturing processes can take place.

Our Architects prepared the Technical Design, working in conjunction with Structural Engineers, followed by Specification, Tendering and Contract Administration duties being dealt with by our Building Surveyors.
