Teffont House Hotel

Works have now been completed at Teffont House Hotel, the site is now trading by the Beckford Group.

It’s been a pleasure to be involved in the project to restore and extend this Listed building together with converting the Coach House into letting bedrooms, repairs to outbuildings and refurbishment of the adjacent cottage.

We dealt with the technical Drawings, Building Regulations matters and Contract Administration.

A significant project for all involved – thanks to our Client for this instruction and the Contractor for the proactive approach, and to all members of the wider team.
