Our Architects and Building Surveyors are involved with many different project types, from one off houses, barn conversions and domestic extensions to school projects, commercial buildings and hotels.

In almost all cases our involvement starts at Conceptual Design (RIBA Stage 2) through to Technical Design (RIBA Stage 4). Clients are benefitting from our Specification and Tender documentation process as it helps clarify Client’s finer requests (ie: internal finishes, doors, kitchens, bathrooms etc.) in a written document allowing the Building Contractors to all price with certainty on the same specification and therefore presenting Clients with comparable tender prices.
