School Summer Holiday Works

We will be carrying out Contract Administration during the School Summer Holidays including internal alterations and refurbishment to form a new Classroom and remedial works to a Modular Buildings. Pre-Commencement meetings have been held with the Schools and Contractors and works are ready to commence at the beginning of the holidays with a view to completing in advance of the children and teachers returning in early September.

As ever projects need to be planned in advance to allow sufficient time for design, tendering and for the contractor to gear up labour and materials.
