Roofing works

Our Building Surveyors are regularly involved with repairs to historic buildings, currently we’re administering two projects for re-roofing works due to aged plight commonly seen with historic buildings.

Our involvement often starts with a Condition Survey of the external elements of the property which highlights any current and foreseeable defects.

Following the Condition Survey report, repairs can be planned for and scheduled. 

We find that clients and contractors benefit from clear drawings and a specification of works, giving clarity on site of the repairs required and also enabling a fair and competitive tender exercise.
