Repairs to Listed Farmhouse, Kingston St. Michael

Our client approached us last year to survey and report upon the condition of their home; knowing that there were some historic defects that needed attention.

Will Drewett surveyed the property and prepared a report setting out the condition of the external elements, and the required repairs in an order of priority.

Client instructed us to prepare a specification for the repair scheme and to issue tender documents to reputable building contractors.

The works were completed in January 2020 and Client’s property has been sympathetically repaired for the future.
