Repair & Redecoration of Listed Building, Seend

During Spring/Summer period redecoration works were carried out to the façade of this Listed (Grade II) building in Seend.  The works involved the removal of “plastic” masonry paint with the Doff System and repointing in lime mortar.  A breathable mineral based paint (Keim) was applied to the brickwork with the dressed stone window surrounds, string course and quoins left exposed.  The works will allow the building to breathe whilst achieving an attractive finish.
