Reinstatement of fire damaged Listed Dwelling, Coate

The reinstatement of a Listed Grade II thatched cottage in Coate is nearing completion.  External decoration will await better weather, and landscaping / planting will follow early Spring.

Nearly two years after the fire, the new occupants will take up residence in the Spring.

Hidden fireplace and timber frame details have been revealed, finishes, decoration and new services all provide for a comfortable and attractive home.
