Refurbishment Works and Single Storey Extension to Cottage

Works have been completed on this interesting rural Cottage which has now been extended and upgraded to a modern living standard, including much need insulation improvement works.

The single-storey extension has significantly enhanced the building by creating a more functional internal layout. What was once a dull and tired building is now a thoughtfully redesigned and inviting place to live, situated in a charming area.

We are thankful to our client for the instruction to carry out Architectural design, technical design, specification and tendering, contract administration and quantity surveying roles from commencement through to completion.  We would also like to extend our thanks to the contractor for carrying out the works to a high standard and within budget.
