Proposed Listed Building Alterations etc.

During 2020 our Architects and Building Surveyors have been developing a scheme for extensions and alterations to a Listed farm house near Devizes.

The works include:  repairs to the former Cheese Room, general repairs to the Listed Building, conversion of the former Stables into Annexe accommodation and a contemporary extension to the south facing elevation.

A conservation consultant was commissioned to carry out a Heritage Assessment for our Architect’s use during the design, and forms part of the supporting documents.

Dolman have concluded the planning Drawings, prepared the Design & Access Statement, and submitted the Planning and Listed Building Consent application to Wiltshire Council.
