Architectural designs are nearing completion for a new farm house in North Wiltshire. The four bedroom property, with associated farm Office and Boot Room had previously been granted Planning Permission. Client instructed Dolman to reconsider their requirements/Brief and architecturally amend the designs so that a Non-Material Amendment Application to the planning permission can be submitted.
Design features include; sash windows, versatile covered area, natural stone walls with dressed stone lintels, garage and carport.
