Proposed Annexe, Devizes

An instruction has now been placed with the Building Contractor for works to construct a bespoke annexe for one of our Client’s in Devizes.  Our architects prepared the planning drawings, obtained Planning Permission, prepared technical drawings and obtained Building Regulations approval.  We went on to prepare a Specification of Works, seek Tender prices for Client to consider and instruct upon.

Dolman have chaired the pre-commencement meeting, issued meeting minutes for Client and the Contractor to take the project forward.
