Thirteen New Build Dwellings
Urchfont
2021
Dolman received this project after Planning Permission was Approved for the construction of thirteen dwellings upon a farm in Urchfont.
Our Architects then developed the Technical Drawings for the thirteen houses, there were eight different house types on the site with varying materials and orientations making this a complex technical task.
The dwellings were a variety of semi-detached and detached, materials on the varying properties included, brickworks, render and timber cladding; with roof coverings of tile and slate.
All the properties were individually drawn for Building Regulation purposes, each individually involved floor plans, sections and elevations. With each property having different layouts and sizes, each had differing structural spans and structural arrangements requiring individual solutions and close detailing. These property drawings were also produced along with numerous Site Plans indicating the layout of the site, drainage, surfacing, boundary treatments and planting.
