Following full planning permission being granted to demolish two Woolaway bungalows and construct two pairs of semi-detached houses, we were approached to prepare technical drawings, specification of works and seek tender prices for the development, alongside attending to Building Regulations and discharging Planning Permission Conditions.
Tender prices were received, instructions given and we carried out our contract administration service to oversee the construction phase from commencement to completion. Our service included weekly visits, monthly valuations, agreeing variations (QS role), chairing progress meetings, snagging and generally ensuring that the project was delivered on time and within budget.
