Our Architects and Surveyors developed an existing Planning Approval to provide technical design, Specification, Tendering and Contract Administration to create a bespoke and striking extension to a modern dwelling. Of note was the piling works, stream and close proximity to neighbouring dwelling which created a challenge for the Contractor—completion was achieved without incident and a lovely light enlarged family home created.
