New Dwelling, Devizes

Drawings have been prepared and an application for Outline Planning Permission submitted to Wiltshire Council.  This infill development raised a number of challenges not least a very narrow frontage and close proximity to neighbouring houses. However, with careful planning the proposed dwelling provides attractive accommodation without having an overbearing effect upon the neighbouring properties.
