New Detached Dwelling

Works have now been completed for this attractive new dwelling in Devizes. The new dwelling, which offers far reaching panoramic views of the countryside, includes four generously sized bedrooms, an open gallery, a study and a contemporary island kitchen.

Externally the property benefits from a large, multi-levelled garden set on a hillside, offering a variety of landscaped terraces and steps, creating a series of stunning scenic views. Highlights include a pond, and an elegantly crafted suspended timber walkway as well as hard and soft landscape garden features.

We are grateful to our client for instruction to carry out Architectural design, prepare and submit a planning application, gain Building Regulatory approval, produce technical designs, prepare a specification and tender stage works.

We were pleased to carry out the contract administration and QS roles for this project and would like to extend our thanks to the contractor for executing the works with professionalism and care. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and collaborative experience.
