New Build Annexe

The project came to an end late-September, this new build residential Annexe to the Listed Grade II Farm House provides charming and attractive accommodation for Client.

The use of natural walling stone, brick and clay roof tiles, oak trusses and purpose made windows and doors provide a wonderful and warm palette of materials allowing the Annexe to settle in with the main farm house and traditional farm buildings.

Internally high vaulted ceilings create a wonderful space to occupy, the exposed oak trusses and open fire provide a rustic yet comfortable living space for all to enjoy.  Client’s family are arranging the floor finishes, furnishings and furniture in preparation for Christmas.
