Loft Conversions

During the past few months, we have had a number of enquiries and instructions relating to Loft Conversion.  Loft Conversions can present specific design challenges including structural modifications, means of escape (fire safety), not to mention space planning.

Headroom, in particular around stairs and Ensuite facilities are factors to consider.  We have recently been working closely with Telebeam (based in Devizes) regarding structural solutions and through our Partnering Agreement with Wiltshire Council Building Control we seek to address potential problems early in the design process.
