Listed Building Consent Granted – Fire Damaged Property, Market Lavington

Planning permission and listed building consent have been granted on our project in Market Lavington High Street, reinstatement and alteration works of listed terraced dwelling.

A number of proposal have been developed with close consultation with the clients, the planning officer and the conservation officer.  The final approved design is reminiscent of what was previously on site while being clearly contemporary and internally allowing better circulation and light for the inhabitants of the property.
