Happy Christmas from Dolman

Happy Christmas to you all. It’s been a very busy year for Dolman, with our Architects and Building Surveyors working on many different projects in the following sectors: residential; commercial; education; licenced trade; and agriculture. 

Our role often commences with a Building Survey, followed by measured surveys, conceptual design work following on to detailed planning drawings and submission of planning applications, and cost consultancy advice.  Upon receipt of Planning Permission, we are able to develop drawings for technical design and obtain Building Regulations Approval.

Our involvement often continues with preparing a specification of works, Health & Safety matters, issuing Tender enquiries and then Administering the project on site.
