We are pleased to have completed the first and major phase of re-roofing works to this historic and distinctive Neo Elizabethan style Listed Grade II dwelling. Client instructed Dolman, working alongside a Heritage Consultant, to seek and obtain Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission to carry out extensive recovering and repairs. We provided cost advice prior to and during the project, along with Contract Administration duties, working alongside a competent Roofing Contractor who ably engaged with residents during the seven-month contract period.

Importantly, the completion of the contract works culminated in the removal of scaffolding and temporary roof coverings that had enveloped the building since 2016. The unveiling reveals the building’s distinct and attractive façade and new roof coverings of natural slate and lead work.

Our thanks and appreciation go to our Client for their instructions and to the Contractors for their proactive involvement.
