First Floor Extension to Dwelling, Easterton

The Client approached us to design a First Floor Extension to this Five Bedroom Dwelling in Easterton.  The existing property has a single storey Garage, the design provides a First Floor above, providing a much-needed additional Bedroom and Shower Room.

The proposed extension is constructed upon the external walls of the existing Garage, with a new structural beam supporting the front elevation.  The proposed materials are brick and hanging tiles to match the existing building.

The proposal received Planning Permission Approval in August and Technical Design is underway in preparation for a Building Regulations Application.
