Farm Redevelopment

Following a successful Class Q application which approved four dwellings on our Client’s site, a pre-application has been submitted to the Council to seek their early involvement regarding development of the remaining agricultural buildings via Full Planning Permission.  We find early engagement with the local authority can aid a smoother planning process.
