Extension and Alteration to farmhouse, Goatacre

Preparation of technical drawings is underway for this interesting project.

The scheme involves extensive enlargement and remodelling of the farmhouse and adjoining outbuildings, encompassing a mixture of alteration works to existing fabric as well as new construction.

Consideration of new heating and electrical services installations together with finishes and fittings details will run concurrently with the development of working drawings.  Large scale room elevations for appropriate areas and materials samples will be prepared for discussion with client.
