Planning Permission has recently been obtained for a major re-ordering and enlargement of a period farmhouse, set in attractive open countryside.  Apart from bringing the existing structure up to date generally, the main areas, (including key reception and family rooms) are to be enhanced in size and quality.

The original historic core of the house will be effectively doubled in size and re-fronted.  Linkage between the house and the attractive gardens beyond will be improved through incorporation of French Doors to each area.  Extensive high quality fittings such as bespoke panelled bookcases and wardrobes, together with notable finishes including cornices and limestone tiling, are intended.

Works on site are expected to start later in 2015, with completion anticipated next year.
