Equine Yard and Rural Workers new Dwelling

We are delighted to have secured Full Planning Permission for a new equine yard and rural dwelling for our client, on a green field site in Wedmore, Somerset.

We overcame numerous hurdles including phosphates, drainage and justifying the requirements for a permanent dwelling onsite etc.
