Domestic Extension and Garage

Practical Completion has been achieved on this domestic extension.  Dolman completed the Technical Design, Tender process and Contract Administration; thanks go to the Client’s originals Architect for the appealing contemporary design.

Challenges on site included working over a stream, requiring bridging, suspended decking and piled foundations.

The completed works are attractive with black vertical timber boarding defining the contemporary design.  

Thanks go to the Contractor for completing the works to a high standard overcoming difficult challenges.
