Discharge of Condition approved

Dolman obtained full Planning Permission for the demolition of a bungalow and construction of four houses nearly 3 years ago.

There were pre-commencement Conditions that needed to be discharged to enable works to commence, to secure the|Permission for Client.

Dolman liaised with Drainage Consultant, the Canal and Rivers Trust, and the Council to obtain the approval, we also attended to CIL matters on behalf of Client.  Client has now commenced works.
