Crown, Devizes – Conversion

A Planning Application has recently been submitted in connection with the Change of Use of this Public House in Devizes. It is proposed to use the building primarily as a sign shop for Wadworth but also for other Brewery related activities, including buildings maintenance, engineering and accommodation for staff.

As part of the application, a Business Viability Assessment was prepared by a Consultant which supported the Change of Use from a Public House to an alternative use.

The Building is also Listed (Grade II) and a Listed Building Consent application has been submitted for minor alterations in connection with the proposal.
