Conversion of Listed Building to House of Multiple Occupancy, Chippenham

Works are now complete on the conversion of a Listed Grade II Building in the centre of Chippenham, converting a B&B into a House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) and self-contained flat to provide 14 Bedrooms for the rental market.

The building’s attractive bay window frontage, intricate internal plaster detailing, and attractive details make this a desirable property for working professionals. The altered accommodation has been completed to a high standard, with the majority of the bedrooms having an ensuite.  All who participated in the project were pleased that the rooms were snapped up very quickly and are already occupied by tenants.
