Conversion of former Agricultural Building to form Sixth Form Centre

Works are progressing well, with the new concrete slab within the existing building now fully cast and cured ready for insulation, providing a solid base for the next phase of construction.
Carpenters are currently completing the erection of the internal timber stud walls, with partition layouts now clearly defined and works underway relating to first-fix services.
Meanwhile, the new roof coverings are almost complete, making the building weather-tight and allowing internal works to continue without disruption from adverse weather. Works remains on programme, with upcoming activities including the completion of internal framing, first-fix mechanical and electrical installations, insulation, and the erection of the suspended ceiling.
