Conversion of a Care Home to Form Three Dwellings

Conceptual designs have been prepared, developed and agreed with client and a Planning Application submitted to Wiltshire Council for the change of use and extensions to each proposed property.

Dolman will liaise with the Councils consultees to obtain a decision during June 2019. Thereafter technical designs will follow for seeking Building Regulation Approval.
