Conservation/School works

The detailed Specification of Works for Phase 1 repairs to a Grade II* Listed School in Dorset is being prepared for issuing to Tender during early March.  The works relate to repairs and replacement of lead, stone and plain tile roof coverings, stone wall repairs (with lime mortar), joinery repairs carried out in a traditional manner and decorations.  Listed Building Consent is being sought due to the magnitude of the repairs.
