Completion of four new houses, Heddington, Calne

Practical completion has been achieved for these four well-appointed three-bedroom cottage style dwellings.

The contract period was challenging due to COVID-19 restrictions, however the contractor followed guidance and where possible maintained progress.

During November the tenants will take occupation of the houses which have under floor heating, air source heat pumps and are well insulated thermally. 

Final account & snagging matters are now to take place and the 12-month rectification period will begin. 

We thank client for their instructions and the Contractor for their proactive approach in competing this project under difficult circumstances.
