Commercial to Residential Conversion

Planning Permission has been obtained for the conversion of former commercial buildings to form unique executive homes on the outskirts of Bath,

Client had been using the site for several different activities over the years, from agricultural to a mechanics workshop and a riding school.

A pre- planning application was submitted, and useful feedback given by BANES Council, a Certificate of Lawful Use was obtained for the site to regularise the use, establishing it as a business class.

Thereafter, a design was developed consisting of architecturally detailed planning stage drawings, landscaping proposals and ecology surveys for the full Planning Permission Application.  After much consultation with the Council regarding ecology matters Approval has been obtained.
