During August Dolman carried out an appraisal on a site to establish an alternative Warehouse design layout along with office / amenity spaces. Evaluating either alteration or demolition of an existing building on the site and car parking; all of which was encompassed in a cost plan for Client to analyse and make an informed decision about what to do with their asset.
This process is regularly carried out by Dolman and is an economic way for our Clients to plan the future of their business / site and budgetary capital expenditure.
Following this initial appraisal; we often then move forward with obtaining the necessary Statutory Approval and commissioning the build process.
