Commercial Building Extension in the Countryside

Full Planning Permission has been granted to extend Client’s commercial building (former agricultural building).

It was an interesting one as the existing building only had a Lawful Development Certificate, not full Planning for the commercial use.

Our Architect and Building Surveyor surveyed the Barn, prepared designs for the proposal and supporting documents.  We liaised with the consulting Ecologist to provide BNG proposals, and submitted the Planning Application.

We liaised with the Planner to overcome issues such as highways and drainage matters, to receive Full Planning Permission during October.
