Dolman were instructed at the end of 2021 to carry out a Pre-Purchase Acquisition Survey on a Public House with nine letting bedrooms.  The Client has now purchased the site and we are involved with the full refurbishment. 

Our involvement with the project involves; Pre-Acquisition Survey, Measured Survey, Design and Specification, seeking Planning and Listed Building Consent for Signage and fire risk assessment works, liaising with commercial Kitchen Installer, Interior Designer, TV/Sound provision, Main Contractor, arranging for Asbestos Survey and Fire Risk Assessment – essentially, full administration of the project. 

A very involved project in a short space of time, to turn the pub and letting bedrooms around for opening to the public within 6-8 weeks from commencement!
