Class R – Agricultural Building Change of Use to Business B1 (Commercial)

Dolman have recently obtained Class R prior approval, in conjunction with a local planning consultant and heritage consultant.

The approval has allowed Client to change the use of a disused agricultural building into two commercial B1 Business units (both approximately 240m²!)

Client will now be able to make use of their former covered cattle yard again.
