Class Q Success – Two more dwellings in BANES

We have successfully obtained Class Q Prior Approval for a barn conversion in Wellow and Tunley, for two different clients.

The barn in Wellow was previously refused and dismissed at appeal – we got it!

Having said that, not all of the Class Q Applications that we submit are approved, and each case can be seen differently by different officers and Councils. Each barn needs to be assessed differently and we endeavour to obtain the consents desired.
