Class Q Approval – Somerset

We have successfully obtained Class Q Prior Approval for our Client at Bohemian Blooms (a flower farm). This was an interesting one for us, as the building itself wasn’t a ‘traditional’ agricultural building with its use being horticultural, also having been extended in recent years. We were able to justify its agricultural use and only convert the original elements of the building to provide client with a home on their site. A great success for a family business.
