Class Q Approval

We’ve been granted our last ‘larger dwelling’ Class Q consent as the rules have now changed. We, client and their land agent were delighted with the success of this magnificent barn conversion in Wellow, Bath.

Class Q rules have changed to allow up to 150m2 of floor space, but construction of extensions are now permitted – exciting times ahead with more opportunities available to many land/rural building owners.
