Class Q Agricultural to Residential Conversion (Four Dwellings approved)

Prior Approval has been given by Bath and North East Somerset Council for the conversion of a large steel frame building to become four dwellings.

Dolman have been working on the scheme and other matters on the site for over a year. Our efforts and Clients’ patience has paid off.

Client is now considering their options with the Approvals that we have obtained on their farm site which include four dwellings approved as noted above, one other dwelling granted via  Class Q during 2019 and extensive alterations and extensions to their Grade II listed farmhouse (approved via committee during 2019).
