Class Q Agricultural Conversion to Residential

Two Prior Approval Applications have been submitted (decisions are due in February 2020) for the conversion of agricultural barns to dwellings.

One of the proposals is for four dwellings in one large steel framed barn and the other application is for one dwelling.
