Barn Conversions

We have recently received Prior Approval for Class Q Permitted Development, for the conversion of an agricultural barn into a dwelling in Marston.  The dwelling will be a two-storey building within the existing barn structure, new timber cladding and render will enhance the barns appearance whilst keeping agricultural building aesthetic.

Instructions have also recently been received and a building survey carried out to support another Prior Approval for Class Q Permitted Development, for the conversion of numerous farm buildings to become residential in Malmesbury.
